Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped in AustPost satchels from Adelaide.

All orders will be shipped within 1 working day of receipt of payment

Australia Post Information - please note:

You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment
Australia Post does not update the tracking information immediately - this will take time, but please follow your parcel
Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post

Generally we dispatch within 1 working day of ordering, and Australia Post stipulate that it takes between 3-6 business days to deliver - please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up. You may track your item with your tracking number to check on its status at any time.
Orders received before 12pm on a business day with Express postage will be posted on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be sent next business day.

AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping $7.20 or Standard Shipping with Signature $10.15

Standard Receipted AustPost Shipping includes basic tracing with a tracking number and is delivered within 3-6 days.

Standard Receipted AustPost Shipping with Signature ensures the recipient signs for the item on delivery and if the buyer is unavailable to sign, the goods will be held at a local post office for collection.

Please note - Australia Post updates postage information on items on delivery - until that point the tracking number may show "No Events Currently Found"

Express Post Shipping $10.00 Express Post Shipping with Signature $12.85

Express AustPost Shipping - please note standard Australia Post Express policy applies, i.e. some rural areas may not qualify for next day delivery. Express orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Signature ensures the recipient signs for the item upon delivery and if the buyer is unavailable to sign, the goods will be held at a local post office for collection.

EVERYWHERE ELSE

Standard shipping - $15.00 or $30.00 if over .5kg

Currently we only offer standard International postage. We will be introducing signature and express shortly.
