Prime & Proper is a Perfect Matte Eye Primer Creme'. Nude pigment for all skin types to intensify the loose shadow powders and works for all day wear. Helps adhere the pigment and still allow for blending & building colour for longwear. Can also be applied on lips and as a base for pigmenting eyeliner application, use a little bit goes along way, making your 5 grams pot last for a long time!
How to apply: Use as a primer, apply cream to eyelids with finger tip, a very small amount goes a long way. Intensify the powder to the next level.
