Helps adhere the pigment and still allow for blending & building colour for longwear. Can also be applied on lips and as a base for pigmenting eyeliner application, use a little bit goes along way, making your 5 grams pot last for a long time!
How to apply: Use as a primer, apply cream to eyelids with finger tip, a very small amount goes a long way. Intensify the powder to the next level.
